Proclaim FM's Summer Craft Fair

Set-up time:  7:00am to 9:45am

Agreement Form

Exhibitor Fee:

• $40 for one space. One 8ft table and two chairs will be provided for INDOOR spaces only (Gymnasium and Community Room). Outside spaces require you to bring your own table and chairs.
  
• Payment in full and a completed agreement form below is required to reserve a space. Confirmation/updates will be sent via e-mail.
• Fee is non-refundable unless Proclaim FM cancels the event.
• Reservation fee increases $10 after June 16th

Please Note:

• There are some changes this year. Unlike last year, this is NOT a Christmas in July craft fair. It is simply a summer craft fair. If you have Christmas items you'd like to sell, you're welcome to. 
• In addition, the outside spaces will be on our parking lot right in front of the indoor entrance. Outside spaces will be about 10ft by 10ft and you will be required to bring your own table and chairs. You are welcome to bring a canopy or tent, but you CANNOT put stakes into the blacktop.
  
• The event and layout of the tables are subject to change. If changes are made, you will be contacted.
• Attention vendors! We only allow one type of vendor for each fair (Mary Kay, Pink Zebra, Tupperware, ect.) Please select your business on the form below. If it shows that your business is sold out, that means someone else has already registered. If so, email [email protected] to be put on a waiting list. If your business isn't listed, email [email protected] to see if someone has already signed up.
• Outlet access spaces require you to supply your own heavy-duty extension cord and all such cords must be secured to the floor with wide tape.
• Tables must be covered, decorated and displayed attractively.
• Dismantling displays is not allowed before 4:00pm.
• You are responsible for unloading, setting up, tearing down, and reloading your display. In addition, you will be required to clean up and discard all trash from your area.
• Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the premises.

Giveaways:

I understand that my spot is not reserved until I have signed this agreement and paid for the reservation in full. I understand that I will be responsible for maintaining my table for the duration of the event. If I dismantle my display before the event is over, I understand that I may not be asked to return at future fair events.

Proclaim FM reserves the right to refuse any crafter or vendor at their discretion in accordance with their beliefs and/or statement of faith of Proclaim FM/WPOS/Maumee Valley Broadcasting Assoc. 102.3 Proclaim FM will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, fire, damage or injury which might occur before, during or after the Summer Craft Fair.
